Five Stages. One Continuous Discipline.

Chemical Vapour Deposition (CVD) replicates the natural conditions that form diamonds deep within the earth — compressed from millions of years into a matter of weeks, under total control.

    Diamond Seed

    Every stone begins with a thin, flawless slice of diamond — the atomic template that dictates the crystal lattice of the diamond to come.

    Sourced and selected for purity under magnification before it ever enters the growth chamber.

  2. 02

    Growth Environment

    The seed is placed inside a CVD reactor and exposed to a plasma of carbon-rich gas at extreme temperature — an engineered echo of the earth's own diamond-forming conditions.

    Temperature, pressure and gas composition are monitored continuously for weeks.

  3. 03

    Crystal Formation

    Carbon atoms deposit onto the seed one atomic layer at a time, building an authentic diamond crystal lattice — indistinguishable from a mined stone at a molecular level.

    Growth is measured in microns per hour — patience engineered into precision.

    Cutting & Polishing

    Surat's master craftsmen study each rough stone before a single facet is cut, planning angles that unlock maximum fire, scintillation and brilliance.
